Terms and Conditions for Becoming a Hiqual UK Approved Training Provider

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the requirements and responsibilities for organizations (“Training Providers”) seeking approval to become an Hiqual UK Approved Training Provider. By applying for and maintaining Hiqual UK Approved status, Training Providers agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Application Process

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

  • Training Providers must be legally registered entities.
  • Providers must demonstrate a history of delivering quality training programs.
  • Providers must have qualified and experienced staff.

1.2 Application Submission

  • Complete the Hiqual UK Training Provider Application Form.
  • Submit all required documentation, including but not limited to business registration, staff qualifications, and training materials.

1.3 Application Review

  • Hiqual UK will review applications within 30 days of receipt.
  • Hiqual UK may request additional information or an on-site visit as part of the review process.

1.4 Approval Notification

  • Successful applicants will receive an official Hiqual UK Approved Training Provider certificate.
  • Approved status is valid for one year, subject to renewal.

2. Compliance and Quality Assurance

2.1 Standards of Training

  • Training Providers must adhere to Hiqual UK’s training standards and guidelines. Courses must be regularly updated to reflect current industry standards and best practices.

2.2 Record Keeping

  • Providers must maintain accurate records of all training sessions, including participant attendance, assessment results, and feedback.

2.3 Audits and Inspections

  • Hiqual UK reserves the right to conduct regular audits and inspections of training providers.
  • Providers must cooperate with Hiqual UK auditors and provide access to relevant records and facilities.

3. Marketing and Branding

3.1 Use of Hiqual UK Branding

  • Approved Training Providers are authorized to use the Hiqual UK logo and branding in their marketing materials.
  • All use of Hiqual UK branding must be in accordance with the Hiqual UK Branding Guidelines.

3.2 Marketing Materials

  • Providers must submit all marketing materials to Hiqual UK for approval before publication.
  • Providers must ensure that all claims made in marketing materials are accurate and verifiable.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Application Fee

  • A non-refundable application fee is payable at the time of application submission.

4.2 Annual Renewal Fee

  • Approved Training Providers must pay an annual renewal fee to maintain their approved status.
  • Failure to pay the renewal fee by the due date will result in suspension of approved status.

4.3 Additional Fees

  • Additional fees may apply for audits, inspections, or other services provided by Hiqual UK.

5. Conduct and Ethics

5.1 Professional Conduct

  • Providers must conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity at all times. Providers must not engage in any activities that may bring Hiqual UK into disrepute.

5.2 Non-Discrimination

  • Providers must ensure that all training programs are accessible to participants regardless of race, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

6. Termination and Suspension

6.1 Termination by Provider

  • Providers may terminate their approved status by providing 30 days written notice to Hiqual UK.

6.2 Termination by Hiqual UK

  • Hiqual UK reserves the right to terminate a provider’s approved status for non-compliance with these Terms.
  • In cases of serious breaches, termination may be immediate.

6.3 Suspension

  • Hiqual UK may suspend a provider’s approved status pending investigation of any alleged breaches of these Terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Informal Resolution

  • Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally through negotiation.

7.2 Formal Resolution

  • If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Hiqual UK’s Dispute Resolution Policy.

8. Amendments

  • Hiqual UK reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Providers will be notified of any changes and must agree to the revised Terms to maintain approved status.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
